Making the building process simple, our Streamline series allows you to select from predesigned floor plans for the exterior and interior of your new home. This line is full of perfect new construction homes for first-time home buyers or individuals looking to downsize in one of Central Iowa’s most desirable new home developments. Streamline living is as simple as 1-2-3!
Cost to Build
Streamline is the first line in our three tiers of home building plans. Several factors such as location, plan, and upgrades will impact the pricing for your new home. In general, our price for building a Streamline home typically falls into $275k – $350k range. Learn about the lending process from our preferred lender in the video below.
The Process
The complexity of your floor plan/selections, seasonal influences, permitting & lot preparation requirements, etc. all influence the time that it will take to build your new home. Once excavation has occurred, we will establish and communicate a closing date with you. Typical schedules (once excavated) for our Streamline series is 90 – 100 days.
