Cost to Build
The Select Series is the top series in our Tanzanite Collection. Several factors such as location, plan, and upgrades will impact the pricing for your new home. In general, our price for building a Select Series home typically falls into $350k – $500k range.
The Process
The complexity of your floor plan/selections, seasonal influences, permitting & lot preparation requirements, etc. all influence the time that it will take to build your new home. Once excavation has occurred, we will establish and communicate a closing date with you. Typical schedules (once excavated) for our Select Series is 90 – 100 days.
