We Listen
You’ll sit down with our building team and they’ll listen. We want to find the floor plan that is perfectly tailored for your lifestyle and financial budget. If you’re someone who likes to entertain, we want to make sure you have spaces that accommodate for that.

The Streamline Series are homes built per plan.

The ranch plans have consistently been a number one choice because it appeals to most buyers at different points in their life.
At Tanzanite Homes, we stand behind each and every one of our homes. We pride ourselves on offering a side variety of standard features and a quick turnaround. The Streamline Series takes around 120 days from the day we dig the basement. Tanzanite homes take 135 without a finished basement and 140 for ranches with a basement or homes with two stories.
We Make the Process Seamless
During the construction process, you’ll be assigned a project manager and superintendent. Your project manager’s job is to help you make selections, walk through the floor plans with you, and ensure that everything on paper is exactly how you want it to be. The superintendent works with the project manager to begin to build your house from the ground up.
Your assigned superintendent will update you weekly on our Builder App, ensuring you’re a part of the process from start to finish. You’ll go through different walkthroughs of the home and various points in building and construction process with your superintendent and be able to watch the progress or request changes.
