Tanzanite Homes Partners with AHeinz57 for Pet Adoption Event
AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport will have pets available for adoption at Tanzanite Homes’ open house at the new Waterford Creek South Development

Des Moines, Iowa (July 15, 2019) – On Sunday, July 21, 2019, Tanzanite Homes and Tanzanite Homes’ realtor Amanda Mickelsen – Keller Williams will be holding an open house and adoption event in conjunction with AHeinz57 Pet Rescue and Transport. People will be able to tour Tanzanite’s new Streamline Series homes and meet adoptable kittens, puppies, cats and dogs from AHeinz57 from 1-4 p.m. at the Waterford Creek South Development in Urbandale.
Tanzanite Homes is excited to be partnering with AHeinz57 for Homeward Bound: An Adoption and Open House Event. “We are thrilled to be partnering with AHeinz57 for this event,” said Kelsi Lindemann, marketing director for Tanzanite Homes. “For many people, the process of making their house a home includes welcoming a pet into the family, so blending those processes together seemed like a natural fit. We hope to find homes for as many of the pets at the Homeward Bound event as possible so everyone can start building a lifetime of memories.”
The Waterford Creek South Development is located in northwest Urbandale on the north side of Waterford Road, just east of the Waterford Road and NW 156th St intersection. The following addresses will be open for touring: 15154 Bellflower Ln, 15146 Bellflower Ln, 15142 Bellflower Ln, 15151 Goldenrod Dr, 15147 Goldenrod Dr, 15146 Goldenrod Dr, 15143 Goldenrod Dr and 15138 Goldenrod Dr.
While the lineup of animals that will be attending the event are still being finalized, people can check out AHeinz57’s current list of adoptable pets on their website. Adoption fees for puppies and dogs range from $100-$195 and $75 for kittens and cats. This fee includes current vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, and heartworm test on adult dogs.
